Do you guarantee visa or work-contract approval?

No — final decisions always rest with the relevant government authority, embassy or employer. We prepare and verify your complete file so it's as strong as possible, but we can't guarantee a third party's decision.

What happens after I pay?

Your case is assigned to a named consultant, who reviews your questionnaire and documents. You can track every status change from your dashboard and will be contacted if anything else is needed.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Refund eligibility depends on the service and how much work has already started — see our Refund Policy for exact terms. As a rule, the earlier you cancel, the more you can recover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by PayPal — we never see or store your full card or PayPal account details. You can pay with a PayPal balance or a card, without needing a PayPal account.

Do you offer services in French and Arabic?

Yes — the whole platform, including the application forms, is available in English, French and Arabic. Switch languages any time from the header.

What's the difference between the Portugal work contract and tourist visa services?

The work contract service assembles a complete dossier to support employment in Portugal. The tourist visa service prepares a submission-ready file for a short visit to any country. Both are document-assembly services — we don't issue visas ourselves.
