Refund Policy

This policy explains when HMD Imperial issues refunds for paid services. It is a general template — adjust the windows and amounts to match your actual operating policy before publishing.

1. Consulting bookings ($100)

Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours. No refund for missed appointments without notice. You may reschedule once at no charge.

2. Contract & bank transaction verification

Full refund if you cancel before our team has begun reviewing your document. Once review has started, the service fee is non-refundable, as the work has been performed.

3. Business formation & immigration cases

Our service fee is refundable in full if cancelled before any work has started on your case. Once a consultant has begun preparing your file, a partial refund may apply based on work completed. Government, notary, translation and other third-party fees already paid on your behalf are non-refundable.

4. B2B engagements

B2B partnership terms, including any refund conditions, are agreed individually in a signed proposal or contract with your organisation.

5. How to request a refund

Email contact@hmdimperial.com with your reference number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
