These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the HMD Imperial platform and services. By creating an account, submitting an application, or booking a service, you agree to the terms below. This page is a general template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on it for a live business.
1. Our services
HMD Imperial provides business formation guidance, immigration case assistance, paid consulting, contract verification, bank transaction verification, and B2B advisory services. We act as an advisor and facilitator; we do not guarantee approval by any government authority, bank, or third party, as final decisions rest with those institutions.
2. Accounts and accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you submit. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension of your case and forfeiture of fees already incurred for work performed.
3. Fees and payment
Service fees are shown before checkout and charged upfront via PayPal unless otherwise agreed in writing. Government, notary, translation and other third-party fees are separate from our service fee and are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority.
4. Document handling
Identity documents, passports, contracts and bank statements you upload are stored in an access-controlled system and used solely to process your case. See our Privacy / Data Policy for details.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the service and how much work has already been performed — see our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Limitation of liability
HMD Imperial is not liable for delays, rejections or losses caused by third parties (government agencies, banks, courts) or by inaccurate information supplied by the client.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
